If your order has not shipped yet: yes!

If your order has shipped: No, sorry. We cannot make changes to orders that are already in transit. You can try reaching out to your local post office to see if they can reroute it, though!

If you have gotten a "shipped" notification/ your packaging has been marked as "shipped", that means your package has left the studio! All orders are picked up / dropped off within 48 hours of that shipped notification, but 99% of the time it's the same day.

Various package carriers can take a day or two to get things scanned in once they pick packages up. So, it should show movement soon! If it hasn't updated or shown movement after 3 business days please reach out. (if you selected a tracked shipping method)

All order are shipped within 7 business days of your order being placed, but its frequently much shorter than that averaging 1-3 business days. All orders are dropped off at USPS within 2 business days of you receiving your "shipped" email, its almost always the same day though!

From there it depends on which method of shipment you select at checkout. The speeds are listed under the individual options. However, they range from 8-12 business days for untracked letter mail to 1-2 business days for express.

If you select a tracked option, you will receive your tracking info in your email when your order ships.

The $2.50 "untracked letter mail" option is not tracked. It can take anywhere from 3-12 business days but averages 5-8.

USPS frequently misses getting things scanned in when they are dropped off. When this happens they usually get scanned in randomly at some point along the way or upon delivery. It's nothing to worry about unless its been a over a week and it hasn't shown up or shown movement.

(obviously, this is for packages that are tracked. If you picked an untracked option, it won't update because it doesn't exist, lol.)

If you didn't get a tracking number it is because you did not select a tracked shipping method. All stickers and bookmarks default to the untracked letter mail option, including for the free over $35 shipping. If you want tracked shipping you need to select that option when you're checking out.

And no, sadly, we cannot add a tracking number once it has already been shipped with untracked shipping.

Just mail it back to the return address listed on your package! I accept returns up to 30 days after order your is delivered. Returns must be unused and in their original condition or your return will not be accepted.

All return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

All returns are processed as soon as the item makes it back to me. We usually check our PO box about once a week, more if we know a return is on the way. At that point the funds are released from me and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to get back to you depending on your bank.

Absolutely! Exchanges are welcome on all eligible items. I will send out your exchange as soon as I receive your return. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer, but I will cover the shipping of the new item(s) provided that the cost of the order meets my min cost order for free shipping (USD$35).

Items need to be new / unused/ in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
